The Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) provides leadership in all aspects of the Health Care Unit of AristaCare.
Manages, coordinates, and supervises all activities provided by the Health Care Unit. Establishes standards and processes for the delivery of services that comply with federal, state, and local regulations and standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern long-term care facilities to assure that the highest quality care can be provided to our residents at all times.
Oversight and management of all business-related activity for this skilled nursing facility Plan, develop, organize, implement, and direct the day-to-day functions of the facility, its programs and activities. Ensure company standard as a high-quality provider through implementation and monitoring of quality systems and processes Oversee Annual State Surveys (inspections). Financial management (Budget and Planning Functions). Work collaboratively with physicians to implement appropriate healthcare programs Maintain a clean environment to ensure patient safety Establish, review and enforce healthcare policies and procedures to assure continued compliance with current regulations.Requirements:
A Bachelor’s Degree is necessary Must be a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in good standing and/or meet all applicable federal and state licensure requirements A minimum of 5 years (s) experience in a supervisory capacity in a hospital or long-term care facility. Must possess a working knowledge of long-term care operational standards set forth in the Federal Register, Requirements of Participation.We are proud to offer:
