We are searching for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Entry Level Personal Assistant. As a Personal Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations and organization of our company. Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings
  • Manage and update calendars, ensuring all meetings and events are properly documented
  • Screen and direct phone calls and emails to the appropriate parties
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other business documents
  • Handle travel arrangements and accommodations for staff members
  • Manage and maintain files and records, both physical and electronic
  • Assist with general administrative tasks, such as data entry and organizing office supplies

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in office administration or a related field is a plus.
  • Previous experience in an administrative or support role is preferred but not required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in work.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
