Job Description:

We are on the lookout for a Director of Sales who is highly motivated and goal-driven to lead our sales efforts and drive occupancy growth. This critical role focuses on executing sales strategies, nurturing leads, closing deals, and ensuring a seamless transition for new residents. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales, with a proven track record in the senior living sector or similar industries. You will play a pivotal role in achieving our community's financial goals while making a meaningful difference in the lives of the seniors we serve.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive occupancy growth through effective sales techniques and strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential residents, their families, and professional referral sources.
  • Conduct tours with prospective residents, showcasing the community and its services to effectively close sales.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to adapt and innovate our sales approaches.
  • Collaborate with the executive team on pricing strategies and promotional offers.
  • Manage the sales pipeline efficiently, ensuring all leads are followed up on promptly and accurately.
  • Report on sales activities and outcomes, providing insights and recommendations to improve performance.

  • Solid experience in sales, with a strong preference for candidates with a background in senior living or healthcare industries.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building trust and rapport with a diverse clientele.
  • Strategic and analytical thinker with a knack for identifying opportunities and solving problems.
