Job Description
- Develops manufacturing processes by studying product requirements; researching, designing, modifying, and testing manufacturing methods and equipment; conferring with equipment vendors.

The Successful Applicant
B.S degree in Engineering (Mechanical/ Manufacturing, Industrial or equivalent)3+ years' experience in a manufacturing environment
Skills/CompetenciesPrevious experience as a manufacturing engineer or similar roleKnowledge of manufacturing processes, fabrication methods and tool designFamiliarity with manufacturing equipment and quality assurance techniquesCommitment to health and safety standards and environmental regulationsWell-versed in relevant software (e.g. CAD, MS Office)Project management skillsProblem-solving abilityUnderstanding of lean manufacturing tools and conceptsTeamwork skills
