DRC is one of the largest educational assessment and curriculum/instruction companies in the industry.

Education-PAS - Project Manager

This position is responsible for management, coordination, and information handling for Performance Assessment projects and data collection activities to ensure customer satisfaction. The incumbent provides direction to temporary Scoring Center staff relative to scoring projects, works on rubric development and reviews, attends rangefinding activities, and selects and prepares scoring guide and training materials.

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in English, Math, the Social Sciences, or a related field or equivalent experience or demonstrable competencies. Four years project management experience preferably department related.

* Proficiency with current versions of division-specific word and data processing software

* Strong proofreading skills

* Must be able to travel extensively during the Scoring Season.

Essential Duties and Tasks

* Interact with current clients to obtain information regarding their product and service needs and provide timely and accurate progress reports.

* Assume responsibility for accurate, timely completion of projects by organizing/scheduling work to be completed and resolving problems.

* Develop project materials such as manuals, publications, scoring guides, and training materials.

* Interact with team members to coordinate activities, obtain or provide information regarding
projects and changes to projects, assign tasks, and set priorities.

* Gather requirements and incorporate client requests for remote meetings

* Guide and inform the set-up of remote projects

* Full knowledge of the Moodle LMS (as DRC uses it)

* Create and present remote orientations and instructional walk-throughs with and for clients

* Provide information to operations department regarding job parameters and changes to current projects.

* Manage project files.

* Attend and contribute to rangefinding meetings.

* Contribute to rubric development and review.

* Work closely with Senior Project Manager to determine technical and staff needs, estimate hours and costs, and manage project within budget.
