Position Summary

You are an important member of the clinic team promoting evidence-based practice in all patient encounters as you perform the major job responsibilities within the scope of your training. You will assist patients with all clinical services available at our clinics. You'll thrive in a supportive environment, collaborating closely with a Minute Clinic Nurse Practitioner.
Required Qualifications
An LPN/LVN License must be full, active and unrestricted in the State for which you are applying (This included a Territory or Common Wealth of the United States or District of Columbia).
• Experience with documentation of care, medication administration, infection control precautions, assessing patient educational needs, physical assessment, obtaining vital signs, performing point of care testing and care coordination.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care or Emergency Room.
- Experience documenting within an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system such as Epic.
- Previous phlebotomy experience.
Education
State approved or accredited licensed LPN or LVN
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$22.40 - $48.67This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
