**About Us:** We are a family-run, senior-focused managed care group
established in 1991. Over the past two years, we have rapidly expanded and now
operate in four locations across Tampa Bay.
**Position:** We are seeking a dedicated Primary Care Physician to join our
team at the Hudson location. With our ongoing growth, there will be
opportunities for leadership roles in the future for those interested.
**Clinic Setup and Hours:**
* **Work-Life Balance:** We prioritize work-life balance and provide a concierge-like experience for our patients.
* **Patient Panel:** Your panel will be capped at 500 patients, allowing you to see approximately 12 patients per day, with 30-45 minutes allotted for each visit.
* **Clinic Hours:** Open from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday. Patient appointments are scheduled between 9 am and 3:30 pm. The remaining hours are reserved for urgent patient needs and administrative work.
* **Administrative Support:** Our team of coders handles pre-charting and post-visit reviews for clinical documentation. Additionally, medical assistants, health coaches, and other staff manage administrative and care coordination efforts to ensure you can focus on providing outstanding patient care.
**Compensation:**
* **Market-Leading Pay:** Our compensation package includes a base salary, a qualitative performance bonus, and starting in your third year, a clinic performance bonus.
* **Earnings Potential:** In your first two years, you can expect to earn up to $300,000, with the potential to exceed $400,000 including the clinic performance bonus.
