  • Exhibit a positive attitude and strong work ethic that aligns with Tesla’s mission and goals

  • Assist with planning, material acquisition, coordination, and communication to meet project deadlines and cost objectives

  • Perform mechanical piping and equipment installation, including supporting start-up and commissioning activities

  • Actively cross-train and support peers with project tasks beyond your core skill set

  • Identify and suggest improvements for quality, safety, and productivity

  • Engage in training for new tools, systems, equipment, and procedures as needed

  • Accurately log work hours and material usage using provided computer systems and software

What You’ll Bring
  • Proven proficiency and experience in construction pipefitting

  • Completion of a skilled trade certificate program or relevant military experience preferred. An Associate degree in engineering or technology is a plus

  • Experience with process piping systems, including high purity piping and orbital welding

  • Knowledge of piping systems, fitting installation, and applicable codes

  • Familiarity with safe work practices, including writing Job Hazard Analyses, OSHA regulations, electrical safety, chemical handling, fall protection, and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO)

  • Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. repeatedly and work at elevations up to 50 ft. 

  • OSHA 10 required
