Inside Sales / Customer Service Representative (215426-14)

Work for an established industrial company with over 25 years of experience in Hawaii They are seeking an Inside Sales / Customer Service Rep for their office in Kapolei. You will be primarily responsible for speaking with clients and engineers, expediting orders, and following through on the logistics and shipment arrivals.

This role requires someone with excellent people skills, who is good with basic math, organized and able to stay on top of things.

Hours Full-time, Monday to Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm Location Kapolei, Oahu Pay $20 to $23 an hour Responsibilities
  • Answer phone calls and relay messages.
  • Take and process orders.?
  • Follow up with customers' orders and provide updates.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Strong communication (verbal, written, interpersonal) skills.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.?
