Job Description and Requirements

The Director of Agent Success is primarily responsible for the development and ongoing support of real estate agents, especially those whose annual production is under $10 million. This role entails training, coaching, and onboarding agents, fostering strong relationships, promoting a culture of continuous improvement through the Ninja Selling system, and collaborating closely with the Director of Resource Engagement and Regional Directors of Development and Selection.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

Lead comprehensive training sessions and coaching for agents using various real estate platforms and systems
Facilitate the onboarding process for new agents, ensuring they receive proper training and support as they integrate into the team
Conduct targeted training sessions using the Ninja Selling system, specifically tailored for agents with production under $10M
Design and implement training programs and materials to enhance agent skills and knowledge
Actively participate in sales meetings, providing insights and updates relevant to agent development
Oversee the training on company tools and platforms, ensuring agents are proficient in their usage
Collaborate with the Director of Resource Engagement to provide agents with necessary resources
Track and evaluate agent performance to identify training needs and effectiveness
Work with Regional Directors to ensure training and development strategies are aligned across the organization
Regularly collect feedback from agents to refine training approaches and respond to their evolving needs

Requirements:

High School Diploma, Bachelor Degree preferred

Minimum of five years previous job related work experience

Minimum of five years previous job related management experience

Proven leadership skills focused on agent success and development
Strong knowledge of real estate platforms, processes, systems, and procedures
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively and drive individual initiatives
Background in real estate sales preferred, though candidates with strong records in related fields considered

Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Project Management software (e.g., Monday.com), Google Suite and Ninja Selling system
