Reporting organizationally to the Head of Ticketing Operations, the Ticketing Inventory Specialist will be a key member of the FIFA26 Ticketing and Hospitality team, and work in close collaboration with the Senior Ticketing Inventory Manager in Zurich as well as other key individuals responsible for setting up and maintaining ticket quotas in the Ticketing System and in MS excel. The role ensures that accurate figures are input and kept in high quality across quota and seating maps at all times. 
THE POSITION The main responsibilities and oversights of the Ticketing Inventory Specialist for the FIFA World Cup 26™ include:      
  • Coordinate inventory and ticket quotas in the ticketing system and other applications, including initial setup and day-to-day management  ·      
  • Preparing ticket quota and inventory reports as required by internal and external stakeholders, and liaise with the responsible for reporting/BI to ensure accurate data is reported internally and externally        
  • Setup and management of FIFA Constituents in the ticketing system        
  • Setup and management of ticketing categories in the ticketing system        
  • Support the allocation of seats constituent groups and conduct seat assignments        
  • Support in preparing inventories for given sales phases throughout the project        
  • Carry out quality assurance measurers to validate ticket quotas and inventory in the ticketing system         
  • Support the configuration of stadium seating plans in the ticketing system and carry out quality assurance measurers        
  • Support if required onsite seat inspection visits to validate seating plans as built in the ticketing system with the actual venue seating        
  • Support the creation of reports for internal and external stakeholders including validation of ticket quota/inventory data points in various ticket sales reports         
  • Support general ticketing operations for FIFA events

YOUR PROFILE Education & Qualifications
  • Bachelor degree, or similar level of education      
  • Advanced MS Excel skills ·       
  • Knowledge of SQL coding is an advantage        
  • Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented, Technology minded, efficient and accountable team player 
  • Ability to adapt to working with different environment and time zones 
Work Experience
  •  2-3 years of experience in ticketing; managing ticketing quotas and inventory in MS Excel and ticketing systems; data management and/ or data analytics  
Languages
  •  Fluent in English. Spanish and/or French proficiency is a plus
