The Role You'll Play:

As a customer-focused Residential Service Plumber, you'll be at the forefront of diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, and replacing plumbing components. Your responsibilities include:

Completing plumbing and drain cleaning service calls.Repairing pipes, tanks, and water fixtures.Installing pipes, drainage systems, sinks, and toilets.Testing systems for leaks and identifying issues.Establishing strong customer rapport.Educating customers on financing options and maintenance plans.Presenting yourself as a professional and knowledgeable expert to secure referrals and repeat business.

 

 

Requirements for Success:

 

Minimum of 2 Years of Plumbing Experience.Alabama Journeyman License OR Apprentice License with at least 2 years of experience.Residential Service experience is required.Experience with Water Heaters is required; grinder pump experience is a plusService Titan experience preferred. Exceptional customer service skills.
