Telemedicine has become an established method of healthcare delivery and is now recognized as a standard option in various medical fields, including psychology, neurology, critical care, and hospital medicine. This telemedicine approach aligns with Sound’s vision of becoming the foremost leader in enhancing healthcare quality and reducing costs for patients in the communities we serve, especially in rural areas with limited access to care.
Our goal is to be the preferred choice for healthcare providers and the preferred partner for hospitals across the nation. This innovative care delivery model will enable providers to achieve a better work-life balance and find fulfillment in their careers as they expand their scope of practice.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years post-residency, hospitalist experience required; telemedicine experience a plusMD or DO board-certified in internal medicineExcellent interpersonal and verbal communication skillsPhysicians are required to have 2 licenses in the region to apply; CA and WA licenses – OR – CA and compact licenseMust have open ICU experience within the past 2 yearsLearning desire requiredTechnology protocol, workflow, and EMR training providedFull-time and part-time opportunities are available-
