Security Specialist- Senior

Job Description:
The Contractor shall process all overseas travel clearances for PEO STRI's employees and Contractors through Aircraft and Personnel Automated Clearance system (APACS) per month, read and track incoming messages from major commands and the Pentagon through Defense Message System (DMS). The Contractor shall conduct monthly research on countries/theater clearances for approval. This position also requires Secret and NATO Secret clearance and SIPRNet token.
The Contractor shall maintain documentation for PEO STRI personnel each month, traveling overseas to include preparation of correspondence, reports and other documents, and review work prepared by other clerical staff.
The Contractor is responsible for maintaining, reviewing, and validating all personnel Isolated Personnel Report (ISOPREP) forms in the Personal Recovery Mission Software (PRMS) on Secure Internet Protocol (SIPRNET) prior to their travel.
The Contractor is responsible for training personnel on mandatory requirements for OCONUS travel annually.
The Contractor shall coordinate with the travel department on insuring no-fee passports and/or VISAs will be ready for individuals traveling OCONUS which requires them.
The Contractor shall update and maintain the Area of Responsibility (AOR) security briefings for all countries to which PEO STRI employees travel. The Contractor shall conduct AOR briefings to PEO STRI military, and DoD Civilians prior to their leave or official travel OCONUS. The Contractor shall prepare and update Area of Responsibility (AOR) briefs by reviewing ACIC, NCIS, CTKB, Air Force Office of Special Investigations, DIO, JIOCEUR Analytic Center for EUCOM, and JRAMP.
The Contractor shall maintain and update Security Directorate SharePoint and Training Slides for OCONUS requirement changes.
Required Skills:
- Active Secret Clearance.
- Excellent communication skills - verbal and written communications.
- Experience with performing Intelligence Analysis.
- Team player, experience working with cross functional team.
