Requirements to be successful in this role:

Prior Bartending/Food Service and hotel experience is ideal, but willing to train the right person. We are dedicated to thoroughly training & developing our team into hotel leaders through interactive teamwork in a positive work environment Hilton brand experience is highly desired Must be available work a flexible PM schedule including weekends and holidays   21+ years old to serve alcohol Intimate knowledge of - and experience with - various spirits, classic cocktails, beer, & wine  TIPS/ServSafe Alcohol Certification is a plus Knowledge of retail math for handling cash transactions Familiarity with basic math skills for measuring ingredients and calculating drink prices Ability to handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures Excellent English communication skills and able to read, write and speak fluently
