Duties
  • Performing a wide range of analytical duties in support of the Director of Customer Programs, Quality, and Logistics (CQL).
  • Applying analytical and evaluative methods and techniques to issues/studies concerning the efficiency and effectiveness of CQL program operations.
  • Monitoring various metrics to call attention to problematic areas for consideration of additional resources.
  • Providing managers with objectively based information for making decisions on the administrative and operational aspects of the Customer Programs, Quality, and Logistics Directorate.
