We are looking for an experienced Licensed Plumber to efficiently undertake various plumbing tasks, from fixing leakages to installing pipes. A successful plumber must have thorough knowledge of service plumbing, diagnostic, and customer service. They are patient individuals with a practical mind and manual dexterity, able to work efficiently with great attention to detail. The goal is to repair, install, and maintain well-functioning systems that transport water, waste, gases, or hot liquids.
Responsibilities
Experience in Residential ServiceCut, assemble, and install pipes and tubes with attention to existing infrastructureInstall and maintain water supply systemsLocate and repair issues with water supply lines (e.g., leaks)Repair or replace broken drainage lines, clogged drains, faucets, etc. Install and maintain water heaters, sump and ejector pumps, back up systems, hose bibbs, etcInstall waste disposal and sanitary systems with well-functioning DWV systems
Skills
Proven experience as a plumberSolid understanding of water distribution and disposal systems in residential and commercial buildingsAbility to handle plumbing tools and equipment (pipe wrenches, pipe cutters, plungers, etc.)Good communication and interpersonal skillsFriendly with a great deal of patienceGood physical condition and strength with the ability to work in awkward spacesDiploma from a trade school or successful completion/start of an apprenticeshipValid license to practice the profession (license or apprenticeship)Apprenticeship sponsorships available to qualified candidatesAbility to sponsor Apprentices
