    Job Description

  • Work in collaboration with project management team and Superintendent to ensure successful completion of projects
Enforce company safety program in accordance with company policies, local, state, and federal lawsProvide structure and management to project teamDevelop goals and objects for project team membersPlay an active role in the preconstruction and bidding processDevelop and review project plans & schedules to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budgetEnsure that construction activities progress in accordance with project scheduleParticipate in weekly subcontractor meetings with project SuperintendentOversee subcontractor performanceTrack all potential change ordersPrepare and present monthly project reviewsManage closeout processLead and train project team members to support their growth and developmentBuild new and maintain existing business relationships with Owners, Architects/Engineers, Construction Managers, and Subcontractors

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field+/- 5-10 years of construction industry experienceGeneral Contracting backgroundStrong tenure at current and previous employersExperience overseeing Health Care/Life Sciences construction projects. Projects can be valued between $10M - $100M+Demonstrated history of client satisfaction and profitabilityOSHA 30, First Aid, CPR certificationsWorking knowledge of: Microsoft Office, Procore, BluebeamUnderstanding of Primavera and BIM preferredExcellent written and verbal communication skills
