Consider joining a practice with three Internists and tremendous room for growthSchedule: 1.0 FTE, Full-time, 4-5 day work week, with 1:1 MA support, and no callSee ~14-16 patients daily, with dieticians and CDE resources availableEPIC EMR with large referral base from primary care and specialistsOnsite: Social Workers, Dietitians, Clinical Pharmacist, Diabetic & Palliative Care Specialists, Phlebotomists, Behavioral health support services,In-house Controlled Substance Management, and Chronic Care Coordination Teams
