Job Description
Responsible for managing the full cycle of the dishwashing process including loading, running, and unloading the machine to ensure all dishes, glassware, and utensils are cleaned to sanitation standards. The role includes maintaining the cleanliness of kitchen equipment that must be hand-washed and ensuring the kitchen environment adheres to health and safety standards. Responsibilities also involve sorting and stacking clean dishes, transporting them to appropriate storage areas, maintaining the cleanliness of the dishwashing area, and monitoring machine temperatures. Additional duties include sweeping, mopping, trash removal, and assisting with food preparation to enhance the customer experience.

Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Fremont, California.
Work Environment
Work in a fast-paced kitchen environment with a high sense of urgency and moderate to high noise levels. Exposure to various temperatures when moving items from the freezer to the kitchen, and handling soap and cleaning solutions. The environment may involve slippery surfaces and occasional smoke, steam, and heat in confined spaces
Shift Schedule:
Monday -Wednesday 1pm- 9:30pm
Thursday 12pm- 8:30pm
Friday – 10am – 6:30pm
