2. No Call - EM physicians do not take call. Trauma team needs to respond in 15 minutes
3. Trauma level: 3
4. Total Number of Beds: 38
5. Annual ER Volume: 44,000
6. EMR: Meditech Expanse
1. What are the physicians scheduled hours? 8 hour shifts available
2. Is the EM responsible for codes? Not up on the floor, no.
3. Would admissions be required or is there a Hospitalist on staff? Admissions are performed by the hospitalist or admitting service
4. Is there APP coverage? Yes.
5. If APP coverage, what is their schedule? 8am-10pm in Pittsfield
6. Is this single coverage? No shifts are single coverage
7. Average number of patients per shift? 12 patients per shift average on an 8 hour shift. Perhaps 18 patients on average for a 12 hour shift
8. Are there days and nights available? Yes.
