Position Overview
As a People Assistant support for Business Partnerships, Corporate Shared Services, and Brand & Product this role provides support for Workday, Exit Interviews, recruitment, and onboarding. This role requires the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Essential Duties & Responsibilities Administrative Duties include: Schedule management, including all appointments, meetings, and conference calls Prepare agendas and assemble meeting materials, reserve, and prepare facilities Develop new ways of working to support with on time running through the course of the day. Coordination of travel Expense management and invoicing monthly Preparation of decks for team meetings General Support: PowerPoint, new technologies and Excel document management Provide basic project management support for People initiatives Provide administrative support and assist in managing the calendar, files and appointments for People leaders Provide general administrative and hybrid work support (i.e. supplies, expense reports, purchase orders) Handle general inquiries and requests (payroll, policies, etc.) General People & Development (HR) Support: Support internal people partners and cross-functional partners to resolve and escalate issues outside of the standard People Support Model. Manage People & Development (P&D) communications through the internal portal (field) or email (corporate) responding to inquiries and requests. Ensure adherence to all P&D policies and procedures by providing accurate and timely guidance to employees. Support the people team with monthly P&D reports detailing key activities, data, and metrics including open to hire information, employee turnover, and employee relations matters. Support the communication of all federal and state-mandated employment laws as needed. Support the people team with Benefits and employees on any LOA questions. Communicate learning tools and platforms as required. Assist with ad hoc projects and work with the P&D Heads and Leads as requested. Build strong cross-functional relationships with corporate and business partners. People Assistant Duties include: Support leaders in setting up Departmental off-sites & all hands meetings. Provide Workday support for the team. Provide support for all philanthropic and engagement events Provide support with exit interview process
