Job Title: Mechanical Superintendent

Location: Tulsa

Position Overview: As a Mechanical Superintendent, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the mechanical aspects of our projects, ensuring that they are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the mechanical field, with a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects from ground up.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all mechanical aspects of construction projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of mechanical work.
• Supervise and mentor on-site mechanical teams, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement effective solutions to keep projects on track.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and protocols.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively to maximize efficiency and minimize costs.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records of project activities.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the mechanical field, with a strong background in large-scale construction projects.
• Be well versed at least 1 trade, ideally all trades – HVAC, Sheetmetal, Plumbing, Piping, Hydronics (boilers/Chillers/Chilled and heated water systems)
• Project @types: Schools, Hospitals, Medical facilities, Stadiums, Casinos, Airports, high-rises, strip malls, and more
• Proven experience in a management or leadership role, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate teams.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
