We’re looking for a Finance Planning Manager to join the North America Supply Chain team This role will be accountable for the execution of finance processes and drive improvement initiatives for multiple distribution centers in the Memphis network.

• Translate strategic plans into a financial impact, reporting metrics in a reliable and easy to understand format, and working with operational business partners to prioritize initiatives
• Drive completion of annual business plan, monthly close and forecast processes through communication with supply chain partners, review of financial results, and communication with finance leadership
• Develop trends and projections for the company’s major cost elements
• Facilitate discussions on complex topics to drive clarity and understanding among a diverse set of partners
• Actively interpret and review financial results with supply chain partners and Finance to drive practical responses and alignment
• Investigate ways to improve profitability and analyze markets for business opportunities
• Lead a team of financial analysts, setting goals and objectives and ensuring that career development and succession planning is in place
• Cultivate collaboration, strategic alignment and integrated planning and execution across different functions in a matrix organization
• Perform analysis that aids in the supply chain decision making process, identifies trends, risks and opportunities in the portfolio, and create action plans to mitigate risk and leverage opportunities

• Knowledge of SAP including R3 and BW preferred
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and anticipate the needs of a changing landscape
• MBA in Finance, Economics or a related field is a plus
• Experience as a manager responsible for coordinating and leading the work of a group
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong ability to manage multiple, competing priorities
• Demonstrated ability to complete quantitative and qualitative analysis
• Supply Chain experience a plus; specifically focused on distribution center operations
• Experience working for a Fortune 500 / multinational consumer products company is a plus
• Minimum of five years directly relevant work experience
• Advanced level proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a closely related field or combination of relevant education, experience and training
