Strategy for Winning:
UFCâs Internship Program is designed to provide interns the opportunity to apply the knowledge and skills they have gained through their academic experience in a real-world corporate setting. Over the course of the program, the interns will become fully immersed in the daily operations of their department and will be directly involved with tasks and projects that contribute to UFCâs continued growth. 

UFCâs Internship Program is open to any student who is currently enrolled in a degree-seeking program. This is an in-person internship in Las Vegas, NV. UFC does not provide relocation, housing, or transportation assistance. 

The Fall 2024 program will begin on September 3, 2024, and will continue through December 13, 2024.

The Role and What Youâll Do: 

  • Assists with preparation of post-event recaps for partners 

  • Assists with preparation and executive of upcoming events 

  • Tracks UFCâs sponsorship assets  

  • Assists with sponsorship ROI and measurementâ¯Â 

  • Reaches out to partners as directed to help coordinate events and contract elements â¯Â 

  • â¯Assists with preparation for meetings with current and prospective partners  

  • Research and conceives promotional ideas, monitors what types of events and promotions other sports properties are employing, and relays information to senior members of the activations team  

  • May provide support to Sponsorship Sales as requested

You Have These 

  • Sports Management, Marketing or Business majors, or other programs relevant to business development and sales. Junior, Senior, or Graduate level preferred. 

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. 

  • Outgoing friendly personality with excellent customer service skills. 

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills. 

  • Ability to maintain discretion and confidential information. 

  • Team player. 

  • Willing to learn and grow.
