This opportunity is well-suited for physicians passionate about providing comprehensive inpatient services as GI Hospitalist for the full spectrum of gastrointestinal diseases.New graduates are also encouraged to apply.Community based hospital with academic affiliation with the University of MichiganTwo weeks per month; with a 7 on/7 off scheduleTake new IP consults, IP rounding on GI service, perform general GI proceduresDedicated IP Endoscopy suiteNo clinic responsibilityJoin Experienced, well-respected Gastroenterology providers; includes Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) on the teamYour partners include dedicated IBD Specialists, Hepatologists and Advanced EndoscopistAbility to work closely with a partnering team of specialists encompassing 37+ specialty care and hospital-based service lines; on site surgery, on site IR support, colorectal surgery support24/7 IM Hospitalist coverage in house for all admissionsExtensive primary care referral networkOpportunities for program collaboration, mentorship, and research if desiredUMHW uses a team-based approach to health careHealth system employed model, offering a highly market competitive compensation planFull benefit packageMalpractice coveragePotential sign on bonus and student loan assistance availableCME/Paid Time OffABOUT UNIVERSITY OF MICHIGAN HEALTH-WEST:
