JOB SUMMARY: These positions are located in the USDA, Agricultural Research Services (ARS), Northeast Area, Henry A. Wallace Beltsville Agricultural Research Center (BARC), Facilities Division in Beltsville, MD. In these positions, you will inspect, repair, maintain, and correct deficiencies and malfunctions in a variety of high-pressure systems and equipment such as steam heating, steam generating radiators, steam converters, fin radiators, plumbing, and pumps used for various purposes. MAJOR DUTIES: Repair and maintain radiators, heating coils, condensate return pumps, boilers, and water feed pumps.
