The hospital will provide all nursing staff, office space, ancillary services, etc. as per the existing contract.. $240,000 annual guarantee for three years. 85% of the net collections of the physician revenue will go to the provider after guarantee or once they exceed the guarantee. 15% of net collections are for overhead which includes everything except malpractice. Additional income available. These include being director of Skilled Nursing Facility, accepting medical students and over-reading hospital EKG and ECHO..
