Bookkeeper And Administrative Assistant

Description:

We are looking for an Administrative Services Manager is responsible for several critical administrative functions including Bookkeeping, AP, and aspects of HR, Shipping & Receiving, and Inventory. This person needs to be able to multi-task and wear multiple hats as needed.

AP:

-Creating POs

-3-way matching

-setting up new vendor accounts in system

-month-end prep (will work with accounting company implementing Quickbooks)

-tax prep (will work with tax accountant)

Bookkeeping:

-create and maintain process to track books

-assist with creating a tracker for inventory

-create process for database with parts, and receiving of materials

HR:

-assist with creating process for tracking vacations, time keeping

-assist with creating JDs, and helping with screening of candidates

Skills:

Accounts payable, Bookkeeping, QuickBooks, Excel data entry, Tax preparation, purchase order, three way matching, process improvement, purchasing experience, Data entry, project management

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

-Bachelor's Degree in Business Admin, HR, or Accounting or similar 4-yr degree

-Minimum 7+ years experience

-Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel

-Adobe Acrobat skills

-scheduling and tracking skills

-self-starter
