Groundskeeper / Maintenance Person / Ranch Worker
Mountain Meadow Ranch is a ranch/summer camp. We are set on 900+ acres in Susanville, CA. We are seeking someone to assist in the upkeep of the grounds, maintenance of physicals, and a handful of ongoing ranch projects.
We are seeking applicants who are self-starters, independent hard-workers, and have a sunny disposition—one who is able/willing to complete a wide variety of tasks. The person must find joy in physical work and have the ability to stay motivated on solo projects. JOIN US
JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsible for basic repairs and small jobs. Examples include but are not limited to, mowing and weed eating, light carpentry, ranch work, groundskeeping, and off-job physical labor.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Physical work experience
- Experience using basic machinery
- Basic maintenance/fix-it skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Independent worker
