The Spin Liaison will provide the beginning of a streamlined experience during the spin process by analyzing the customers needs, ensuring accurate expectations are set regarding the Spin timeline, Paycom and customer roles and responsibilities are set, and by ensuring the needs of the customer are correctly communicated to the rest of the implementation team. This role works under the Spin Team Leader.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manages Spin requests dashboard

  • Performs triage and analysis on all Spin requests to determine if spin is needed or not

  • Ensures all questions on requests are answered in a timely manner

  • Follows up on all outstanding requests to ensure continuous progress is made

  • Conducts initial Spin customer contact

  • Answers any questions the customer has regarding the spin process

  • Gathers preliminary information from customer and develop Spin statement of work based on customers needs

  • Analyzes customer information in order to set proper expectations for customer regarding roles and responsibilities, the spin timeline, and next steps

  • Communicates directly with client regarding expectations of timeline of project during initial phase

  • Maintains project timeline and Service Level Agreements as lined out in Spin Liaison process documents

  • Collaborates with customer and internal parties to ensure proposals are created with correct products and pricing for customer

  • Facilitate the required documentation process for clients adding new client codes to an existing setup

  • Create, communicate and follow-up on documentation with clients until all documents have been received

  • Ensure that all documents have been completed accurately and in their entirety

  • Resolve internal and external client inquiries through both phone and e-mail within 24 hours of receipt

  • Ensure that all internal process documents remain current by working with stakeholders on any necessary updates

  • Input client information into the Paycom system through both manual and automated data entry methods

  • Validate client information to ensure and maintain data integrity

Qualifications

Education/Certification:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

Experience:

  • 1+ year of experience in an administrative capacity servicing internal and/or external client

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience:

  • Knowledge of the Paycom client implementation and setup process, specifically in the client spin process

Skills/Abilities:

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining organization and timely completion of projects

  • Must be detail oriented

  • Demonstrated proficiency with computers, specifically in MS Office products (Outlook, Excel and Word)

  • Ability to communicate effectively within all levels of an organization and customers, both verbally and through written correspondence

  • Organizational skills

  • Ability to think critically, analyze data, make difficult decisions, and solve complex problems
