HVAC Project Manager Opportunity

Are you an experienced HVAC Project Manager looking to join a respected and growing contractor? Our company boasts years of proven excellence and is continuing to expand, showing no signs of slowing down.

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned HVAC Project Manager to join our dynamic team and manage a diverse range of projects, including residential (single and multi-family), light commercial, and light industrial. If you bring 5+ years of HVAC project management experience, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and oversee HVAC projects from inception to completion
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
  • Communicate effectively with clients, staff, and stakeholders
  • Coach and mentor team members to foster a collaborative environment
  • Manage project budgets and ensure financial goals are met
  • Utilize CAAD for project planning and execution (experience is a plus)
  • Proficiently handle HVAC design, estimating, blueprints, and takeoffs
  • Experience with automation and controls is a bonus
What We're Looking For:
  • 5+ years of HVAC Project Management experience
  • Superior interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong leadership and coaching abilities
  • Solid project budgeting skills
  • CAAD experience 
  • Expertise in HVAC design, estimating, blueprints, and takeoffs
  • Knowledge of automation and controls
