The Job The Lead Off Hitter is an integral part of our Game Day Team As a LOH, you will greet our guest at the entrance with sincere excitement and a genuine willingness to help, collect entry payment, help with camera duties and other miscellaneous duties around the park. 
The Daily 
  • Assist with setup of tables, tents, and chairs
  • Watch for guests, engage, and interact
  • Greet each guest as they enter the park: you are the first impression -- make it a good one
    • If two people are at the gate, one should be standing up to help people
  • Hand out special event items
  • Ensure everyone entering the event has paid
  • Secure/count money
  • Thank the guests as they exit the park

The Essentials 
  • Excellent customer interaction/service
  • Cash handling/card processing
  • Camera operations
  • Communicate important information to our customers (clearly, timely, and concisely) and teammates (openly, honestly, and timely)
  • Do not let the customers feel the stress of your day
