Job Title: Fullstack Engineer - Loyalty Rewards Platform

Their commitment to innovation drives them to seek talented individuals who are passionate about revolutionizing the industry.They are embarking on an exciting journey to develop a state-of-the-art Loyalty Rewards Platform from scratch, and are looking for a skilled Fullstack Engineer to join their team.
Position Overview: As a Fullstack Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in building their Loyalty Rewards Platform from the ground up. This platform will be instrumental in enhancing customer engagement and driving loyalty through innovative features and personalized experiences. You will have the opportunity to work onsite four-five days a week at their Westborough, MA location, collaborating with a dynamic team of professionals dedicated to pushing the boundaries of technology in the retail sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Design, develop, and implement scalable and efficient solutions for the Loyalty Rewards Platform using cutting-edge technologies. Collaborate with frontend and backend developers to ensure seamless integration of components. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in software development.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Proven experience as a Fullstack Engineer, with a strong focus on greenfield development. Solid proficiency in React for frontend development and Python or Node for backend development. Experience with modern web development frameworks and libraries (e.g., Django, Flask). Strong understanding of database design and optimization principles. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Preferred Qualifications:
Experience building loyalty rewards or customer engagement platforms. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure. Knowledge of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). Experience with agile development methodologies.
