We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Intake/Legal Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least one to three years of experience with insurance claim files, preferably in a law firm setting. However, we are open to considering candidates with strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn. Law firm experience is a plus, but not required.

In this role, you will be responsible for accepting and acknowledging new referrals from our insurance company clients and logging into their portals to obtain referrals. You will also be updating data into our system, so knowledge of Microsoft Office is a must. This is a fast-paced position, so the ability to work quickly and efficiently is crucial. Attention to detail is also essential to ensure accuracy in our case files.

We offer a competitive salary of - per hour for this full-time position, with expected hours of 40 per week. We also provide excellent benefits, including 401(k), dental insurance, health insurance, life insurance, paid time off, and vision insurance. Our work schedule is Monday to Friday during day shift, with no travel required.
