Edgewood Manor Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center - Assistant Director of Nursing $10,000 Sign On Bonus Edgewood Manor of Lucasville II is looking for a fulltime A ssistant D irector o f N ursing to join our team.
You will assist the DON with the management and training of nursing services staff.
Demonstrate knowledge, skills and techniques necessary to care for our residents.
Observes the corporate Compliance Program and complies with Code of Conduct when performing work functions.
Is responsible for ensuring that Nursing Staff are aware of their job duties and the facility's expectations for resident care.
Demonstrates ability to perform all physical and mental job functions of a C N A, LPN, and RN. Interacts with residents and family members, co-workers, clinical and ancillary staff.
Maintain a current valid Ohio State RN Nursing License.
