Este puesto es responsable de brindar atención personal profesional y no clínica y servicios de atención para permitir que los clientes se mantengan saludables e independientes en su hogar y entorno comunitario. Ayudará con actividades instrumentales de la vida diaria mientras fomenta el autocuidado y la independencia.

Funciones Laborales Esenciales:

• Deseo de contribuir al bienestar y calidad de vida de nuestros clientes
• Competente en la prestación de atención directa a los clientes, incluyendo:
• Bañarse/asearse/vestirse/ir al baño
• Mejora y mantenimiento de la higiene personal
• Asistencia en traslado/deambulación
• Recordatorios de medicamentos
• Mantiene un ambiente de vida limpio, cómodo y seguro
• Transporte, según lo solicitado/aprobado
• Preparación de comidas
• Servicio de limpieza y lavandería
• Compras
• Apoya la realización de las actividades de la vida diaria
• Capacidad para contribuir a la calidad de vida de un cliente influyendo en:
• Seguridad del paciente
• Buena higiene
• Alimentación saludable
