**The University of Arizona Department of Medicine, Section of Cardiology and Banner University Medical Center, Tucson is seeking an Academic Cardiologist to provide patient care, teaching and research.** The successful candidate will provide cardiology and non-interventional cardiac care to both inpatients and outpatients, participate in activities of the cardiology section, conduct research and perform academic responsibilities as well as all duties of a staff cardiologist. Banner University Medical Center - Tucson is a highly respected multi-disciplinary team of physicians.

**Essential Functions and Qualifications:**

BE/BC in Cardiovascular Disease Fellowship training in non-invasive Cardiology One-year practice experience preferred Team oriented, adaptable and comfortable working within a community hospital environment Strong commitment to patient care, strong teaching and clinical skills and desire for translational research
