Paradigm is searching for an Electronics Assembly Technician to support our client in the Electronic Manufacturing Services industry, serving a broad range of dynamic hi-tech industries. This is an onsite opportunity with four-day work week (Mon-Thurs) with overtime availability.

Type: Direct Hire
Location: McMinnville, OR (Onsite)

As an Electronics Assembly Technician you will:

• Assemble electronic products to the drawing and documentation specifications
• Prepping, stuffing, and assisting with selective soldering operations
• Machine operation
• Perform modifications to printed circuit boards when needed
• Operate board heaters, the press fitters, and soldering tools
• Follow instructions with standards of excellence
• Use the manufacturing execution system (MES) to track the status of jobs
• Inspect work to ensure all finished products exceed the given standards

Requirements
Our skills and experience wishlist includes:

• 2+ Years of experience working in a production environment (preferred)
• Soldering Experience
• Basic Computer Skills
• IPC-A-610/J-STD-001/IPC-7711 Certifications would be a plus
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently
• Exceptional problem-solver
