Are you a highly skilled and motivated Advanced Practice Provider (APP) ready to make a significant impact in the field of cardiothoracic surgery? Sentara Medical Group invites you to join our dedicated team in Harrisonburg, VA as a Team Lead that aims to advance patient care and clinical excellence.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of 3 MD’s and 2 APPs.
- First Assist in OR, Conduct Inpatient Rounding, Discharges, and Consults.
- Create call schedule, orient new hires, engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance patient/team outcomes
- Participate in rotating call schedule
**What We’re Looking For:**
- Acute Care NP, FNP’s currently working in an inpatient setting, or PA certification
- Vein Harvesting experience
- CT-Surgery experience
