As Director, Luxury Global Brand Marketing Strategy, you will support the team in increasing customer acquisition and retention, generate engagement through multi-channel marketing campaigns, and foster recognition of loyalty benefits. HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.

What your day-to-day will be like:

As an inspiring champion of some of Hilton’s luxury brands, you will ensure that the brand positioning, customer target audience and brand identity is brought to life. Develop marketing strategies for some of Hilton’s luxury brands and bring these strategies to life through plans that will meaningful business results and appeal to the luxury customer. Create inspiring, yet measurable strategic brand briefs that inspire our Marketing Centers of Excellence and partner teams to deliver impactful activations and results. Set, evaluate and achieve brand metrics. Delivering your plans and initiatives on time and to budget is fundamental. 

How you will collaborate with others:

As both a brand strategy and luxury category expert, you will be a flag bearer for Hilton’s luxury brands and the impeccable standards of excellence required to compete in the luxury category. You will collaborate & inspire partner teams and Marketing Centers of Excellence to implement strategically informed integrated brand campaigns and activations. You will be a trusted partner of the brand and regional teams and deliver quarterly luxury General Manager presentations and quarterly brand updates. You will lead a small, yet high-performing team and will invest in developing them

What projects you will take ownership of: 

Take ownership of developing robust, data-informed marketing plans for 2025. Leadership relationships with partner teams who you will motivate to deliver agreed plans, to luxury standards. Develop your direct reports, in line with Hilton values.

WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT

You have these minimum qualifications:

Ten (10) years of professional work experience Seven (7) years of experience in a brand marketing role &/or strategic marketing agency.  Three (3) years of direct line management responsibility for leading a team within an international brand. Experience leading the development of brand positioning, brand strategy and Integrated brand campaigns for a super-premium or luxury brand Responsibility for inspiring strategic work from agencies and partner teams which have driven business results. Ability to work a hybrid schedule (3 days per week) from the McLean, VA office

It would be useful if you have:

Experience operating within a fast-paced environment Global experience leading a brand.
