Cook

The True Ranch Collection is looking for a year-round Ranch Cook for multiple historic guest ranches. Our small guest ranches host a maximum of about 30-60 guests at a time, depending on the ranch. This position has the potential to work at multiple locations within our collection throughout the year depending on seasonality and need. We are hiring for this year-round position with an immediate start date at Rancho de la Osa, an hour and a half southwest of Tucson, Arizona. This position has the potential to move to one of our northern ranches for the summer season: the Circle Bar Guest Ranch in Utica, Montana or Blackwater Creek Ranch in Cody, Wyoming where we'll host our 2024 Yellowstone Pop-Up Ranch.

Must have reliable transportation. Room and board are included in compensation. Starting at $18 per hour plus tips.

Duties include:

• Manage kitchen staff
• Food and supply ordering
• Prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner
• Create weekly menus
• Accommodate special dietary needs of our guests
