    Job Description

    Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all facets of project management, including defining, planning, and managing capital expenditures and technology transfers for new projects and materials.
Support the design, specification, installation, startup, troubleshooting, and enhancement of equipment and systems.Drive innovation by developing new insights and engineering solutions to cut costs and enhance process capability and quality.Ensure compliance with company, local, state, and federal safety, quality, and regulatory standards.Manage the Environmental Health and Safety budget and lead programs related to waste management, wastewater and stormwater, forklift safety, industrial hygiene, and medical surveillance.Conduct job hazard analyses to identify risks and handle incident reporting through the Incident Management System.

The Successful Applicant

Ideal Candidate:

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.Over 7 years of practical experience in manufacturing engineering or supply chain operations.At least 3 years of robust project management experience, overseeing projects from concept through implementation.Knowledge of Capital Procurement is a plus.Experience or certification in continuous improvement methodologies, such as Lean Six Sigma.Proficient in SAP (Systems Applications and Products).
