Required Certifications and Licenses:

Essential Functions:

  • Formulates an exercise prescription and nursing plan of care for assigned patients based on patient problems, patient abilities, patient age, nursing interventions and specific patient outcomes.
  • Demonstrates physical ability to perform and assist patient in the use of cardiac rehab exercise equipment.
