As a Business Operations Manager you will:
• Create workflows within Morrisey Credentialing database to process new provider applications.
• Assist Managed Care Department on insurance contract review and negotiations for fee schedule reimbursement.
• Create and manage CAQH (Council for Affordable Quality Healthcare) database for all employed physicians and clinical staff for third-party vendor access.
• Responsible for sending monthly updated Rosters to Delegated Insurance Carriers for credentialing.
• Manage and direct the work of billing specialist to ensure daily collection of fee tickets from all outpatient clinics.
• Prepare monthly access reports for all outpatient practices.
• Manage monthly financial analysis to monitor practice productivity for all practices.
• Analyze monthly financial reports for outpatient facility billing.
• Managers will oversee other Breast Center process and workflow management and standardizing breast practice across AHC Imaging.
Qualifications include:
• High school diploma/GED required
• Bachelor's degree in Business Health/Administration preferred
• 10 years' healthcare office administration experience.
• 5 years' supervisory/management experience
Work Schedule:
Monday- Friday 8:00am- 4:30pm

Tobacco and Drug Statement
Tobacco use is a well-recognized preventable cause of death in the United States and an important public health issue. In order to promote and maintain a healthy work environment, Adventist HealthCare will not hire applicants for employment who either state that they are nicotine users or who test positive for nicotine and drug use.
