DescriptionJob Summary Responsible and accountable for the Security Personnel on the casino and support facilities. Coordinates and oversees Security Personnel for the necessary functions of their position and job responsibilities. Coordinates, maintains, and prepares appropriate scheduling of Security personnel.Service Standards Providing a thoughtful greeting, thoughtful interaction, and a thoughtful closing with our guestsQualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.Essential Job Functions If a Licensed EMT, provides EMT Services to Patrons and Team Members as necessary and within the parameters mandated by State Regulations Enforces company policies/procedures as they apply to the Internal Controls & Indiana Gaming Commission rules/ regulations Prepares reports and Security logs, dispatches Security Officers to assignments as required Monitors fire alarm systems, dispatches appropriate internal contacts and external agencies Escorts cheques, tokens, cash, and patrons as directed Collects and transports drop boxes to the storage / holding area Administers first aid when required Fulfill station bill requirements when required Reports all designated activities to the Supervisor/appropriate authority Must be able to patrol the perimeter and entire property. May be required to ride a mountain bike style bicycle for a sustained period of time (1-2 hour intervals throughout an 8 hour shift) Knowledgeable of the Indiana Gaming regulations as well as Tropicana Evansville internal controls, policies and procedures Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs; and be able to push, pull, grasp, reach, stoop, bend, twist and climb up and down stairs Must be able to work a variety of hours, holidays and weekends Must be able to work in extreme weather conditions Must be able to work in an environment with second hand smoke and loud noises Vision abilities include close and distance vision, color and peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus Frequently required to sit and occasionally climb, balance, stoop or kneel May be required to perform other duties as assignedSupervisory Responsibilities

Directly supervises officers/EMTs in the Security Department. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training officers; planning, assigning, and directing work of officers. Education High School/GED; or one to two years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Certifications, Licenses, Registrations Must be able to obtain an Indiana Gaming Commission License. Must have a valid driver’s license. If an EMT, needs a Indiana Basic EMT certification or higher. Access To Gaming Facility YES Access To Sensitive Materials YES Refer to the Internal Control Sensitive Area / Item Chart
