Lead innovation and implementation of key strategic frameworks in paid social strategy with the ability to develop end-to-end solutions with social at heart
Be the “go-to” thought leader and expert in integration of social and other disciplines, driving clarity on complex programs
Serve as the senior point of escalation and issue management on both PMG and client sides
Oversee development of all strategic deliverables as well as account deliverables (scope of work, staff planning, etc.)
Mentor and grow senior team members of social strategy and social account teams
Be a trusted advisor to C-Suite level clients and consistently suggest new offerings to client leads
Gain expertise in PMG’s proprietary technology platform Alli to create fit-for-purpose data analysis and reporting
Manage a team of paid social professional
