The right candidate will be:

Interested in pursuing a career in security industry
Be able to effectively read, write and communicate
Be able to stand on ones feet for prolonged periods of time
Must be able to walk stairs
Maintain a professional appearance and attitude
Be at least 18 years of age
Have reliable transportation
Have minimal restrictions to work availability
Driver's license (preferred)
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Foot and or vehicle patrol of the designated areas in accordance with outlined security procedures
Prepare reports on incidents, accidents and any unusual activity
De-escalate situations
Control site/building access points
Respond to emergencies and write clear, accurate and detailed reports
Act as a visual deterrent
Professionally interact and provide customer service to the client and public as needed
