* Outpatient primary care center with onsite lab, physical therapy, chiropractic, acupuncture, and behavioral health
* Patients are aged 2 years and up
* Average volume of 12-15 patients per day
** _Schedule_**
* Monday, Wednesday, Friday
* 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
** _Cases and Procedures_**
* Primary care, chronic care conditions, acute sick visits, wellness exams
* Procedures include immunizations
** _Requirements_**
* Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
* BLS and DEA certifications
* Licensed in California
* Credentialing timeframe is 7 days with TB test and full drug screen
