Summary:

As a Field Service Supervisor, you will help us manage and train our field technicians to ensure they have the proper skills to complete installations in a timely and effective manner.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage and train field technicians to ensure they have the proper skills to complete installation calls in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Manage all aspects of field technician operations, provide in house training which includes safety, soft skills and technical.
  • Oversee payroll and attendance for staff. 
  • Spend approximately 70% of time in the field with technicians and the remaining 30% in the office.
  • Assist Installation Technicians on difficult Jobs and provide technical assistance.
  • Perform quality control inspections.
  • Work directly with Operations Manager to create a training program/SOP for new hires.
  • Assist with technician efficiencies, more calls per day with less OT.
  • Work with customers/technician on more advanced systems with networking, programming and troubleshooting of server and databases.

What You’ll Need:

  • Prior experience supervising field technicians.
  • 3-5 years relevant experience
  • Alarm industry technical proficiency preferred.
  • Ability to listen and provide feedback.
  • Ability to train technicians to improve technical skillset.
  • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
